The Vox Blanc is straw coloured. The nose shows delicate aromas of honey blossom coupled with notes of white stone fruits. On the palate, it has a lovely texture from the lees ageing, with notes of honey and citrus fruit on the finish.
Grape varieties: 46% Roussanne, 33% Clairette, 21% Grenache Blanc.

The grapes were hand harvested and subject to a rigorous sorting process upon arrival at the winery. The grapes were all de-stemmed and pressed at low pressure. The must was then clarified by cold settling. The varieties were fermented separately at low temperatures in concrete vats. The fermentation was slow, in order to protect the delicate aromatics. The wine then rested on its lees for six months giving a lovely texture to the finished product, after which it was blended and bottled.
In the heart of the Papal Provence, perched at a height of 300-350 metres above sea level, between Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail chain, the vineyards benefit from a magnificent site and climate. Part of the Ventoux AOP (Protected Designation of Origin), the vineyards extend from the eastern ridge of the Dentelles de Montmirail, which overlooks the little village of Suzette, to the northwest foothills of the Giant of Provence (Mont Ventoux). They also benefit from a wonderful mountain freshness.
