A lovely dry Hungarian Pinot Noir which brings both aromas and flavours of abundant early summer red berries from ripe raspberry to black cherries. Notes are enriched by spiciness from barrel ageing.
100% Pinot Noir. 14.7% ABV.
After harvesting and destemming, the pinot noir grapes have been selected by an optical sorting machine and then cold-macerated for 6 days in 60 hl chilled stainless steel tanks. Following this process, the fermentation took place on 25-26°C. The fermented wine has been aged for 10 months partly in new wood and secondly-used barriques.
